Health and Human Services to approximate your company's cost in increased
healthcare expenditures and lost productivity due to obesity. On average, the cost
per obese person is approximately $2,100 more than a person with a healthy BMI.
Approximately 31% of the workforce population is obese.

Smoking Cost

This calculator uses current data from America's Health Rankings and U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to approximate your company's cost in healthcare expenditures and lost productivity due to smoking. On average, the cost per smoker is approximately $3,390 ($1,760 in lost productivity, and $1,630 in excess medical), and approximately 18% of the workforce population smokes.
